Getting to know: Our R & D Scientist

Roger Salvatori joins us as an R & D Scientist working to develop new applications for our products.

Where do you come from?

I come from a small village in central Italy.

What is your role? Include the title but include a couple of sentences about what you will do and your hopes and aspirations for the role.

I work at Moligo as an R&D scientist. I have been hired to further expand our current technology and to conceive and develop new potential patents.

What are you looking forward to at Moligo?

I am excited to see the positive impact that our technology will have in the biotech industry and society. It is also really cool to be a part of a growing start-up and I look forward to meeting and welcoming more new colleagues in the near future.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I like keeping active by swimming and playing volleyball. I have also dabbled in lindy hop. I recently found some old tennis rackets at a flea market, so I am hoping to start playing tennis soon too.

What is a fact about you that not many people know?

Last year, when the pandemic started, I joined the Stockholm University task force to produce hand sanitiser. We produced about 20000 litres which were distributed to the local hospitals.
