Cosimo Ducani

Cosimo Ducani is our CEO and brings a wealth of scientific expertise to Moligo Technologies as the creator of the company’s DNA synthesis platform technology.

Cosimo’s talent as a scientist and entrepreneur has been recognized with numerous grants from Swedish and international organizations, such as the Swedish Medical Society Grant, The Novo Nordisk Pilot Grant and the Hagelen Foundation Grant. Cosimo has published several publications in leading scientific journals (Nature Methods, Journal of American Chemical Society, and Nucleic Acids Research) and has filed patents on groundbreaking technologies and molecular tools.

Cosimo has a doctorate in synthesis and enzymatic applied chemistry from Università degli Studi di Bari, and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in biotechnology from Università del Salento.
